Buy Desk Schedule is the user's active schedule. The Buy Desk allows a buyer to schedule Vendor Review Cycles and events, quickly review vendor actual to goal, and generate appropriate orders.
The desktop displays the current Month calendar (or month selected), a graph of a week of scheduled activity beginning at the date selected on the calendar, and a review list of all scheduled vendor/locations and events for the date selected on the calendar.
The user may click on any date on the calendar to get a view of the review list for that date.
Double clicking any line in the review list will immediately take the user to the order terminal for that line.
Button Actions
Order: Takes the vendor and locations selected in the review list to the Order Terminal. To select from the list highlight the row or rows by clicking the review list.
Edit/New: Brings up an edit/add screen to allow the user to modify the user's schedule.
Fill in: Allows user to create order for selected vendor with order frequency reduced by the number of days since last order date.
Search: Allows the user to Search the entire schedule based on Group, Vendor, and Location.
