The Hot List report is used to show items that may need to be reviewed out of cycle. Users can see which items are currently in danger of running low on supply or potentially being out of stock. THis report can be run daily to make sure there are no emergency items that need to be reviewed.
The normal filtering options are available (Super Vendor, Vendor, Location, Group 1, Group 2, Item) for the report as well as options to include non-stock items (X-Items), exclude exception items (those with no history or too short a history), include the on order quantity in the need calculation (items with sufficient quantities on order will be excluded from the report), and to include "H" items (items that have a higher than normal current period sales quantitiy)
Output columns include the number of Days Supply based on the current forecast
