License Activation is necessary when installing or renewing user licenses in Mars 8. The Activator Keys page is used to facilitate the process. Since each license is assigned to a specific user, it is prudent to generate a Key Name File when licenses have been reassigned since the last activation. This will insure the Activator Key File activates the correct user for a license. If this is not done, the user will need to be reassigned to the license after activation.
After generating a license file, the administrator is reminded to email the file to support@nbds.com. The file will be used to generate a new Activator Key file. When an Activator Key file is received from NBDS, follow the process outlined to load the Activator Keys.
