The Mars main menu is located in the upper left corner of the view screen. Depending on the resolution of the screen, it will appear as one of the options below.
The standard menu defaults to a collapsed vertical menubar with several icons that relate to the basic functional areas of the application. The menu can be expanded by clicking on the > arrow. Once expanded, it can be collapsed by clicking again on the < arrow.
If the view screen is smaller than normal, the menu will convert to a button in the top left corner of the screen which will expand downward when clicked.

Each menu can have sub-menu selections that take the user to specific functions in Mars. Clicking on a menu item or hovering over the icon will open the sub-menu and display the choices.
