The maintenance pages listed below enable users to manually manipulate the Mars 8 dataset. It should be cautioned however, that some of the Mars 8 data is refreshed from the Host system on a regular basis. Information from the Host system may overwrite any changes made manually. The scope of the information refreshed from the Host system is configurable and will vary from customer to customer.
The operations on the following pages are called CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations. These are the standard dataset operations used in all data based applications. Individual records from the dataset can be added (Create), reviewed (Read), edited (Update), or removed (Delete) through these standard screens.
