In mars 8 there are two different ways to access Item Info details for a group of items from the Order Page.
If you right click anywhere on the order, the Item Details page will open up on the item clicked upon. You can then navigate with the arrows on the bottom of the for or the arrow keys on your keyboard (up/down = prev/next, left/right = first/last) through all of the visible items in the order.
If you want to look at only a subset of the items in detail, highlight the items you want to scroll through and click the Item Details link in the menu bar. If there is only one item highlighted, that item will be the only one available and therefore the navigation buttons on the bottom won’t be present. If you have no items highlighted and click the Item Details link, ALL items will be included.
For customers that use both Mars and Venus, there are a few additional functions. While viewing the item details for an item that has Venus forecasts associated with it, The Venus Forecasts button will appear. Clicking this button will bring up the Venus audit load for the current item.
Buyers that wish to request a specific review from Venus can use the Request Review button to initiate the request. The request dialog box lets the user select a review of the entire supplier, a review at the brand level, or of the individual item SKU. The user can also specify whether to review a specific size or location. Leaving the Size and Location boxes unchecked will generate a review request without these additional restrictions.
The user can also choose to send an email to the Venus user(s) responsible for reviewing the included items. The email will be sent automatically as the Review Request is added. If the user checks the Send email notification button, a dropdown will appear and the user can select to whom to send the email.
