You will be assigned an initial pasword from your Administrator. Within the Mars platform, passwords are encrypted and cannot be recovered from the system in any format.
If you forget your password at any time, you can reset the password from the Mars login screen.
Click on the Forgot your password? link to begin the process.
You will be propmted to enter your username. Enter your valid username and click the Submit button. An email will be sent to the email address setup in your Profile. The email will contain a reset code that will be used onthe next screen in order to verify your identity.
Enter your username, reset code, and a new password. Click the Reset Password button to complete the process. Once the password is successfully reset, proceed to the Login page and log in normally.
